Grew up in South Bend, Indiana and attended Saint Joseph High School. Played attack and was a 4-year varsity starter, 3x team MVP, 3x offensive MVP, 2x first team all-state, 2x second team all-state.

During high school, Cole coached Saint Joseph grade school to 2 consecutive championships in 2016 and 2017. 

Coached True Indiana from 2016 to 2018.

Attended Rockhurst University and played lacrosse for four years. During the 2018-2019 season, the offense was the #1 point producing offense in Division II.

Grad assistant coach for the 2022-23 season when Rockhurst University won the GLVC championship.

Currently works for Project KC. Joined Lancer Lacrosse in 2023.
